Easterbrook Hall
Tonight I put on my glad rags and went to see 'Carmen', opening event of the Dumfries Arts Festival. It was staged in the round and was a brilliant production by Opera a la Carte.
Here are people arriving at the Easterbrook Hall, built in 1938 as a recreational facility for the Crichton Hospital. It is named after Dr Charles Easterbrook, medical superintendent from 1907-1937.
