very odd tulip

This is the flower I didn't blip yesterday so I took its pic again. I've never seen one like it before - though all the same sort ones I have are the same.
This is what it looked like 3 weeks ago.
A better day today and warm enough to sit and read once I'd finished planting up some baskets.
Spent about an hour this evening unravelling some wool I'd managed to get into a right mess!
