Yogurt

Yogurt.

I remember eating Yoplait as a child when it was pretty much the only yogurt in grocery stores in the U.S. At some point, I decided it was grotesquely sweet. Now we have taken to eating it in the morning before going the the gym precisely because it is overloaded with sugar. It is a good energy and blood sugar boost before a heavy workout. We are finally getting back into the rhythm of our gum routine after being a bit spotty since our last trip.
