Early Morning course and the sun was shining for my 07.00 start - just loving that after many months of dark mornings . Great session and practice .
Still On the painkillers , poor old tissues and skin inside my mouth are fairly battered , it’s been a soft food kind of day - soup and omelette at best…oh and sucking choc was v ok , but prob not ideal from a dental care point of view!!
Beautiful day all day, ponies without rugs for 2 days now - v happy and filthy !
