Delighted and a bit baffled to have finished off Performance Coach Award - ww canoe.

Started in those murky just after Covid days  in the second ever Scottish cohort. 
Nearly 2 years of work - paddling, coaching, playing, shadowing, Zooming, thinking, discussing and presenting. 
And finishing with a genuinely brilliant couple of days with students learning and laughing on the river. 
A team effort for sure with amazing support and challenge from L as mentor, MrMac and G as coach developers. 
High level quals have never really been on my radar - figured I'm just not academic enough for them but here we are. Amazingly I've managed to do it without writing a word too! All credit to L for pushing the powers that be to realise that it can be done differently. 
No more projects for a while now!
