Wild Garlic.

The wild garlic that grows in profusion in the Carrs next to H & S's house is just starting to appear. I have made pesto with it in the past, then read an article that it can cause botulism, somehow I don't think I can enjoy it as much as I have in the past! It really made wonderful pesto, so for now I will just photograph it!

Emmeline was watching David Attenborough on TV. She asked me "How can David Attenborough still be alive?"  I did laugh and say he was one of this country's treasures.
