One of the swimming group had a birthday today - so as usual we met up and enjoyed a lovely lunch out at a restaurant of her choice. She decided she'd like to be beside the sea so we went to Instow where we had a lovely view of the estuary whilst we chatted and ate!
Afterwards I dropped a friend back to her house and saw this lovely wild Herb Robert on the verge. Quick snap with the phone and blip sorted.
