Cardowan Moss

I don’t know what happened to the weather this morning, contrary to the forecast it was cold and cloudy as I set off to do the recce for the Seven Lochs Wetland Trail. I could have done with gloves. The sun was coming out as I stopped for coffee at Bishop Loch and after lunch it turned into a perfect afternoon, albeit with a chilly wind. The dragonfly blip is one of several sculptures along the trail.
I’m hoping that by next week the two swans and coots nests will be full of activity and there will be some green along the woodland paths.
