Playing

Our last morning with The Grandchildren and it's raining so we're playing indoors.

Daniel can put a Rubik's cube right in moments so here he is, patiently taking Granddad through the moves. Dan is so good at teaching others how to do things. Meanwhile, Emily and I are playing A Little Wordy. It's a game where you create a word from a set of letters and keep it secret while your opponent asks for clues to recreate it.  My problem was sticking to words a nine-year-old would think of.

We had an uneventful journey home until we were just outside the village and punctured the two nearside tyres in a rut. Thankfully we were close to a layby, close to home and our other car to take the tyres into town tomorrow.
