It's Finished!

The chainlink fence was taken down while we were away so I had to blip this little neighborhood park that links Lake Union directly up the hill to Capital Hill  (by some 430 steps and inclines.)   Hurray,  it’s been a long time in the planning and we met the neighborhood committee today who said there will be a public ribbon cutting /opening of The East Howe Steps May 7.   
Here’s the blip from Feb 8     and the extra is the beginning  of deconstruction ….Jan 4.   It’s too bad you can’t picture the flights of steps that do continue right around the corner between the 2 buildings.   I'm sure I have a real "before" photo somewhere!
