Thank you so much for all the lovely comments stars and hearts yesterday for my decorated wall :)  quite a surprise to wake up and find myself on popular blips...

I've been awake since early morning again, so I got up at half six and went for a walk, which I haven't done since last summer as it was too dark, and I didn't feel safe!

I started work at 8am, and I finished at 7pm yet again :(   It has been an awkward day.  The Company Secretary, who until now I had considered a good friend (I've worked for her since 2018) was back from leave, and when I had a brief meeting with her all she would say was it was good to do this now.  Needless to say she's no longer a friend of mine, but a simply another Manager. 

I will never trust an employer again!

I  took a full lunch break, walked up to the Doctors, and did a blood pressure test in the machine.  I repeated it twice and it still read high.  Had to give it to the receptionist (not a nice person), and she handed me a form and told me my blood pressure has to be tested twice a day.  I will only do it at lunchtime in the proper machine, as the one I've got at home is blooming awkward to do by myself....
