We popped into town early for Matt to get a haircut. He was quite a long time and I accidentally bought a few things.

In the afternoon it was time for Paul’s birthday extravaganza. We went to their house first, for a rebujito (they got back from Spain yesterday so were excited to share their new fave with us), then walked to the harbourside together. We had a round of bowling (I was quite good), then a couple of rounds of shuffleboard (I was quite dreadful).

Next we had a walk around the harbour as it was a lovely evening. Paul was determined for a pit stop at the Pump House, even though we really didn’t have time, so we stopped for a very very quick drink then had to power walk to North Street for our dinner reservation.

Quite a few more people came for dinner, so Paul was very glad that he reserved 4 tables. Really nice day, couple more in extras.
