Sunbathing snail

I think this small snail thought it had found the perfect place to snooze away the day, attached to the back of the garage in the small space between it and the hut. Unfortunately for the snail the space isn't so small that it doesn't get a blast of direct sunshine and as today was sunny I am betting it got quite hot inside that shell.

I love the colours and the patterns on the shells of these smallish snails and have been looking out for one to blip.
