Barn owl

we had a lovely early evening walk up on the moor with Reggie.

I thought I'd seen a barn owl flying but lost sight of it before I could be certain. I have never seen one up there before so after discussing with Mr H we decided it probably wasn't. Then a few minutes later we saw it again and I managed to get a photo of it. We had great pleasure in watching it .

I was also delighted to see a greenfinch in our garden this morning for the first time in a few years.

Caught up with a bit of tidying the garden, and some rust dying of fabric for a fabric art course I am doing online. the former was more successful than the latter!
