So that’s what they’re for!

Dandelions always look bright and cheery but I thought their main purposes were for making wishes and annoying gardeners but my daughter said you can make vegan honey from dandelion petals so we went out today to pick some (thankfully there’s no shortage at the moment!). Apparently, it tastes just like the real thing but that remains to be seen!
