My lovely sister Linda

Linda came down this morning. After a quick refreshment we went to Sainsbury to get stuff for lunch, dinner and a hopeful BBQ tomorrow. Then over to Highworth to get some syn free (ie 'free' on slimming world) sausages.
After a nice lunch we went to The Treatment Rooms in Shrivenham for some pampering. Linda had a facial and I had some reflexology. Felt very tired afterwards.
We've put the dinner on to cook, and now sitting down watching Nutmeg run around the lounge doing spectacular binkies. So this was a picture of Linda holding Nutmeg prior to her jumping off the couch for a runaround.
