Tea break

Think I may have had some sort of 48 hour bug as feeling normal today apart from a lack of energy. Completed the household tasks I needed to but at a much slower rate.
Got to learn to pace myself if I stand a chance of getting back to normal.
Now must patiently await the results of the scan last week to see what procedure will happen,
