Woohoo!

Well the butterflies think it's warm enough to emerge. Spotted today - Holly Blue, Speckled Wood, Peacock, & Brimstone. 2 herons searching through the pools of water sitting in the undulations on the heath, & what looked like an old dog fox away in the distance crossing a field. Plenty of birdsong, some recognised, some not. I did have a birdsong ident app on my phone but it had'nt worked the last couple of times so I uninstalled it. I'm going to try the Merlin app that Beinghere mentioned in her Blip yesterday tomorrow.
