A gorgeous spring day, with a bike ride, then a walk up to the allotment. 
Extra 1: Grub up, or down, as the case may be. This blackbird was skilfully getting worms and grubs from the freshly dug earth. 
Extra 2: The engine purrs very quietly, although the accelerator is highly twitchy around mice.
