Lunan Beach

Sunny, but windy walk with the dogfaces today. So lovely to feel some warmth, I only had on normal clothes...not wrapped up in a coat!


Came back and pottered in the kitchen, lovely quiche for supper, and have mostly spent the afternoon trying to prevent the cats from harassing the swallows that are nest building in the sitting room window again.

Just goes to really demonstrate that birds are not that bright...there are at least half a dozen (if not more) corners that are a good deal higher and safer, but some how only the option of the sitting room window will do.

To be fair they are also building over the kitchen, under the eaves, and have completed a nest above our bedroom window, also in the eaves, but the low down, cat adjacent corner was the first to be bagsied.
