Greenland

It looks beautiful, but I'm glad we're just flying over Greenland rather than landing there. Just a tad too bleak for me, thanks.

As I type we've made it to Paris, France, after a mammoth 15 hours or so from Narita Airprt near Tokyo in Japan. We somehow left mid morning in Japan and its still only 6pm in Europe.

I'm hoping that the fancy Japanese toilets and general habits of cleanliness will eventually catch on elsewhere. But it looks like that will take a good long time...
