Practice Day at Shelsley Walsh

A grey start at Shelsley Walsh turned to sunshine by early afternoon. Practice day ahead of competition tomorrow. Vitesse made her debut here last September straight from the having engine rebuilt. Engine is getting close to being run in properly now. A full seven seconds faster than last visit and within two seconds of my handicap. First time track has been used this year so very dirty and slippy for first couple of runs. Practice day helps clean the track for competition tomorrow.   If no rain overnight track should improve even more tomorrow. Photo is taken at top paddock waiting to run back down.
