Oysters…

…done differently. Delicious!
The Driver and I enjoyed a delicious lunch today at the Gold Plate winning seafood restaurant, Blue Manna, in Dunsborough.
The oysters were just an appetiser before we shared a couple of entrees. We were pleased with most of the dishes - certainly no evening meal required here tonight!
