Cheating

Part of the dessert for tomorrow, but not made by me. A local girl is raising funds to go on a cross country tour with her school and has been baking brownies for months to get the money together, so we supported her instead of putting the effort in ourselves.

Sixteen Balmoral Chicken portions have been prepared and are chilling in the fridge. The whisky sauce is doing the same. A big batch of mashed tatties, baby smashed tatties, and veg still to do with a large Camembert to come out the fridge in preparation for the non sweet toothed folk amongst us.
