this evening was the opening night of my (and 8 others) photography exhibition.

An exhibition of images created by a diverse association of Leicester based photographers; informed by the images and artists that inspire them.

The concept is that each photographer has chosen one or more pieces of art, then planned and photographed their own interpretation whether literal or tangential. The result is a fascinating and eclectic mix of styles and subjects.

The exhibition will contain many unique images with themes influenced by some of the greatest artists of the 20th Century, as well as many lesser known figures.

it went really well with lots of nice comments on the pictures. it is interesting to hear people discussing your photos!
