Windfalls

Team meeting today. I was so proud of each and every one of them. Having sent a very harsh email a couple of weeks ago relating to the delivery of a particular session, they had all stepped up to the plate, done their homework and delivered to an exceptional standard. 

And for me, I think it was the first day since my return that I felt real job satisfaction.
