The only one

Another pissy rainy day. Took this to show Kate I also had a vase of purple tulips with one drooped. A worky, chatty, thinking type of day broken up by taking Will for an eye test which he narrowly failed for the first time. New glasses selected, he picks them up on his way home from school on Friday.

Will and I have managed to work our way through the Chinese leftovers today. Very nice too.

And a whole two days of reading, swimming, gardening, Italian practise and maybe some sewing loom joyfully ahead. Oh and forcing Will into practicing his spoken French with me, that exam is another thing looming with a lot less joy.
