Reap the whirlwind

When we were aboard Reaper last night, they'd said they might be sailing this afternoon, so I nipped to the harbour to see if I could catch it on its way out.

When I spoke to one of the crew though, they said the coastguard had advised against it setting off. So as it turns out, they won't be leaving for Port Seton until Monday at the earliest.

It had seemed pretty calm in the harbour. But when I looked back along the beach at the waves breaking over the wall, I could see why they'd decided to stay put.
