Purple Plumes

I am planning a new Lavender hedge at the allotment-it will be planted up this weekend. So this is one of the plants all ready to go-it is The French Lavender with its stylish plumes. I have some other more tradional lavenders as well.
They are carefully harvested in the autumn, and made into Lavender bags-the smell is wonderful as the flowers dry on the hall floor.
I don't think I will get my old camera back, but mu son's camera is doing fine for now. Have a good weekend.
