Ominous skies

Yet another cloudy miserable potentially wet day. Will it ever end. Vines are two weeks behind and The Loire is officially in flood again. The boats are not far off the road! An elderly neighbour in Treves hasn't seen the river so high for years and Ben my mariner friend (who knows about these things) says that it is flowing at 800 cubic metres per second which seems a lot but what a waste of potential energy! Climate change, global warming call it what you will, storms in the US, floods in South Africa, blocked jet stream...bring back the sun!
