Reed Bunting

I went back to the Staffordshire Wildlife Trust Reserve this morning. 

I did see a super flypast by the male Kingfisher. The sun came out from behind the clouds and the shimmer of the blue as he shot past was stunning. I didn’t even start to think about a photo. The delight is in the moment.

I spent some time in the bird hide where the wind was more than ruffling the bird feathers ! This male reed bunting was determined.

I love relaxing there. The regulars, the volunteers, and other visiting families are so well informed and friendly.
