Bargain!

£3.5m for a cafe, ok it’s on the beach and has accommodation, but the writing has been on the wall since the ‘minimart’ opened opposite. ‘Meal Deals’ for half the price of a cafe sandwich, coffee machine vending coffee well below the beach hut price, cans of beer at a fraction of the beach bar price. Some might argue that the quality is not the same but with a large year round student population and a summer beach full of families feeling the squeeze financially they don’t want quality they want value for money.

Mrs S, Paddy and I walked to our friends to drop off the birthday gift and card before heading home via Tregoniggie Woods, Allotment Path and the New Cemetery.
A roast lamb dinner followed by a chocolate egg rounded off the day.
