Soulful sunrise

Does a body good to be out on a morning as beautiful as this.

Tia enjoyed a mooch on the beach then we had a coffee and returned home to get started in work.

Hours later, clocked off and had a nice eve with sis in law while the wind howled outside (then had to take Tia out in it!).
