Day 6


The lads started bright and early today but the 'Red sky in the morning' wasn't joking.

Shepherds and roofers should always heed the warning.

By 11.00am they gave up, it was hideous. Now we are told it was Storm Noah!  How ironic.

I am delighted they surrendered and went home. I had no stomach for it today.

It was absolutely wet, viciously windy and so miserably cold.

Better day forecast for tomorrow.
