My friend’s dad’s ashes were interred in the churchyard today. I went over afterwards to see him. He’s in a lovely spot; very peaceful.

I went for a reflexology appointment in Balsham this morning which D had bought me last Christmas. It was utter bliss and very relaxing. She could tell I have trouble with my shoulders and sinuses and did a lot of work on those areas (of my feet).
The dizziness is still coming and going so I had a restful afternoon.
