Mutton

A favourite tagine that I usually make with lamb, but as I could easily get hold of some mutton in Brecon, thought I'd try it out with that.  I think the only reason I'd use lamb in future would be if I couldn't get mutton. Added advantage of doing an infinitessimally tiny bit to reduce live exports - I know it is said to be about to be banned but I don't think it's happened yet..
