Another day another trip to dentist

Hygienist appointment today. However when I got there my hygienist is off sick. So had to endure a new one. They know I had an extraction on Saturday but the new one still did the high pressure water clean with ice cold water! That alone made me flinch a lot and then the assistant rammed the little mirror into my newly extracted socket so then they had to peel me off the ceiling.
And paid £60 for the privilege.
Now I have a headache to die for and the tooth next to the socket had stopped aching this morning now aches again!

Got home and started sneezing again.
I’m blessed.
I swear the teeth and allergies are connected somehow and I think it’s autoimmune issues but no one will look into it so that’s that.
