I hoped to find some nice blips today. I was in Glasgow this morning for a meeting, then walked from Waverley through St Andrew's Square and up to George Street to get the bus down to the office. But nah.

Feel a bit better today, hurray! Might get back to the swimming regime tomorrow.

Had a pleasant meeting with the new Chief Exec, hurray!
