A gloomy rain soaked day. Feels very wintery.

Nurse appointment this morning, blood pressure is ok. BMI ok, although I’m not happy with my weight - must be my heavy clothes and shoes……..salads for the foreseeable :)

One eBay and two Vinted sales today.

A reminder not to feed Bells in the morning. Dropping her off at the vets at 8am.
