Early evening shot after we’d both come out of the dentist.

Both working online all day up to that point. I observed 3x 40’ lessons, managed the feedback session and then did supported lesson planning for another 3 lessons. Then finished my written FB and marking their plans and got them all emailed back to the trainees before the dentist appointment. These trainees are all doing fine on the course and are all really hard working, which makes it all so much easier for everyone. I do wish there was more time allocated for FB and lesson planning though, as 30 mins to give FB on 3 classes (with trainee peer FB too) and then 30 mins to help plan 3 lessons just isn’t enough time. We always run over a bit, which isn’t good.
