Compost rescue
I continue digging over the potato bed. It’s relatively easy going, and very satisfying - the docks coming out easily, roots intact.
I pot up the tomatoes and take all the seedlings out of the incubator. It’s time to sow more veg, but the tattie bed is the priority.
At lunchtime, I take the spring onions that were in Kerry’s compost bin and peel off the dry outer layers. Shredded and mixed with potatoes and mayonnaise they make a wonderful potato salad.
Asparagus again for tea. Followed by chips and a veggie burger.
