Lemon and passion fruit posset

My friend Sian rang this morning to catch up and firm up arrangements for her visit next month. After that I headed off to a Farm shop/ cafe near Buntingford to meet Sue B for lunch. She’s had a lot going on lately so it was good to have a few hours where she could relax a bit. The food was lovely and my blip was her dessert. I took the photo to send to another friend and I can see now it’s a little out of focus.
