Sleep

Bank Holiday! Or in cat world, Sleep, Breakfast, Sleep. 

I took this at about 0830 this morning (we were still in there with them at that point). When we got back in after an unusual Monday Night Curry at about 2030 this evening, they'd just got up. I know as I've been trying to change the duvet cover all day and it was still warm where they'd been ensconced when I was finally able to get to it.

Oh to be a cat.

Lots of personal admin and (joint) planning for a few exciting things coming up done today. Plus an emergency call to the MiL who's somehow managed to fuse her downstairs lights. I've no idea how as the house was only rewired a few years ago. It needs an electrician anyway; one is on call for next week.

Office for me tomorrow, and then down to our other HO site in Berkshire on Wednesday. Probably only my second visit to that office since pre pandemic restrictions. I know my security pass won't work.... I can get into the car park but not out. Hopefully I can sort it on the day.
