One of the specialties of this area and this specific 'breed' is only found around Easter time.  They will be server together with the traditional Easter lunch  'Abbacchio' with roasted potatoes.  Cannot wait for it. 

Flight was uneventful, but tiring: we did not sleep at all.  Got home and took a brief nap just to take the edge off.
