Eagle spotting

When eagles fly right into your face, and you have the super-wide angle lens on… Sigh. I think I have never seen an eagle that close. There were two of them. 

We had hiked up to watch black grouse courting, but where we wanted to be for that, there were chamois, and we did not want to disturb them and then have them disturb the grouse. We heard them, though. 

Awesome, absolutely atmospheric hike up through the fog. Later on we had blue sky as well.
