A promising sight

It must be Spring ...... we saw our first Peacock butterfly of the year today! It just had to be my blip though it wouldn't land in an easily accessible place!

There were a couple of other butterflies flitting about but they didn't settle so not sure what they were.

A lovely walk this afternoon ...... the sun was shining & there was plenty of blue sky ..... we still have a chilly breeze though :-)

The Chiffchaff had competition from another across the river .... it sounded lovely "in stereo" as we walked along :-)
