GOT SOAKED.

Again left early for the canal, then the rain came on, so got pretty wet, however suddenly the sun appeared for about two minutes then rain again. Got home, wet and cold, luckily Daisy had her coat on. Great news my heating is now working. Phoned this morning and they could not understand how the four messages did not get through to the provider!!
It was the battery in the meter, so had to get a new meter, still have to come back to fit another electric meter. Asked about compensation -£20, I told them they must be joking, so someone is phoning on Thursday. What a company.
Anyway, a lovely afternoon, so have been in the garden. In had a shower and going to make a meal and have a nice glass of red.
Extra was a swan who did not like poor Daisy.
