Celebrating

A run that did me in, for some reason. And then a pub lunch with Ali and the family and followed by a roller skating party to celebrate a lovely young lady’s 18th birthday.

Elbows and I didn’t do well with the roller skating. We tried but we didn’t conquer. Dot.T did. HatBox did a little. But it was nice chatting to others as we watched so many fall over, again and again. It’s not like skiing. Falling over is much harder. I didn’t actually fall over but felt paralysed by the prospect of it and went sooooo slowly. Elbows … well, he’ll have bruises in the morning.
