Parsnip Chips

The neighbour gave us a few giant parsnips from their garden. C wanted to make a dauphinoise, but we didn't have cream and the Co-op was closed. I suggested chips, which he executed perfectly.


We had it with roasted duck.


Weather was it was sunny and dry and pleasant enough for C to do a bit of gardening while I was at church.

In 2017 our tulips were in full bloom. Not this year.
