Ambrosia

This has got to be the food of the gods - cake mix! Brings back so many childhood memories when my Grans used to bake and they would let you lick the beaters.
The reason I'm baking is for my wee boys birthday, who is going to be 4 (time is flying in!) and he has request I make a him a Mikey from Monsters Inc cake. Will post a photo the finished article hopefully tomorrow night.
I'm off to scrape the bowl clean mmmmhhhh
